About Margaret Brunn

Margaret Brunn is President of A&E Real Estate and has been a member of the firm since 2012. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business, including operations, investments, financings, capital programs, and dispositions. She plays an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm and serves on both the Management Committee and Investment Committee.

Prior to joining A&E Real Estate, Margaret worked in the acquisitions group at Greenfield Partners, a $2.6 billion fund, where she focused on identifying, pursuing, and underwriting investment opportunities while also conducting portfolio-level analyses across the firm's funds. Earlier in her career, she worked at Urban American, managing acquisitions, dispositions, investor relations, and the asset management of condominium conversion properties. Margaret earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and currently serves as a board member of the New York Urban League.
